A simple step-by-step guide to fine-tune your goals and what you really want.

First, let’s verify that you don’t have wrong goals.

  1. Write down your (current) goals:

  2. Write down what you don’t want anymore in your life (all the problems).

  3. Now compare both lists.

For most people, their 1) goals are simply the opposite of 2) what they don’t want. E.g. I want money because I struggle financially. I want to lose weight because I feel overweight… If that’s the case for you, it’s a strong hint for wrong goals.
